To request a repeat prescription please hand in, post, fax (0131 537 4433) or e-mail (clinical.s78171@lothian.scot.nhs.uk) the list attached to the right-hand side of the prescription form. If your prescription is received before 2.00pm it will be ready for collection two working days later. |
